Q: Is RTC online this year? A: Yes! It will remain virtual on the weekend of September 25-27,2020.
Q: What programs will you be using? A: RTC will be utilizing both Slack and Zoom for our online conference. We are currently training our staff on how to efficiently use these platforms in order to create the best experience for our delegates.
Q: How can delegates prepare for the online conference? A: We strongly recommend that delegates familiarize themselves with Slack and Zoom prior to the conference. Our staff will be offering a training session after Opening Ceremonies to walk delegates through how these programs will be used for RTC XXIX. Our main priority is to ensure that technical problems will not hinder a delegate from being successful in committee. Q: Have the delegate fees changes? A: Yes, delegate fees are lowered! For small delegations, there is a $25 delegation registration fee, with a cost of $10 per delegate. For large delegations, there is a $15 registration fee with a cost of $5 per delegate. More information regarding registration can be found under the "Register" tab!
Q: How many positions are available? A: There are a total of 150 positions across all of our committees. Secretariat may add another committee if there is a demand for one, so send as many delegates as you would like!
